In episode 1 of Mystical Musings Podcast we are joined by spiritual guide Brandon Bressi who discusses cultivating compassion through attentive listening. Brandon has worked for over 12 years in the social services field with experience ranging from case management, skills training, youth counseling, mentoring, and coaching at-risk children and families. In the non-profit sector he has worked in direct care, behavioral and mental health and addiction settings. He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Human Studies and Religious Studies from Marylhurst University and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Pastoral Care from Fordham University. He is a certified Spiritual Director and a member of Spiritual Directors International, having received his training under the guidance of Father Jim Galluzzo, S.J. at the Urban Spirituality Center in Portland, OR.
